What We Do
The Alice Carroll Foundation focuses on supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in Northern California by writing Facilitated Personal Care Plans (FPCP), developing Personal Support Networks(PSN), and assisting with Advance Care Planning (ACP). We honor the Lanterman Act every day by helping individuals maximize their opportunities, build relationships, and become contributing members of their community.
Currently serving Butte, Tehama, Glenn, Plumas and Lassen Counties.
